It looks like gamers will be getting an added bonus if they buy the PC version of Capcom’s Resident Evil 6. According to the Capcom Unity blog, the PC version of the game is set to include an exclusive game mode—The Mercenaries: No Mercy. The new game mode takes the fan favourite Mercenaries game mode and ramps up the gameplay even further, presumably taking advantage of the better hardware available on PCs. It will have more enemies on screen and will offer greater challenge. Both digital and physical versions will include the following features, which were added to the console versions in post-launch title updates: access to Ada Wong’s campaign from the outset along with the option to play this campaign with a co-op partner; the ability to fine tune the in-game camera. As with the console releases, players of the PC version will also be able to take advantage of ResidentEvil.net. The game will be available on the PC on March 22, 2013.
