Google is all set to take on Facebook in the social sphere, and how! The company has announced a new feature for the Google+ platform, a rather familiar one – the application sign-in. Working on the same premise as Facebook’s sign-in, you can log into an app with Google+ credentials now. There have been a spate of popular apps and websites that have cut down on the necessity to go through lengthy signing-up and verification procedures to grant access and garner information of users in order to give them a great experience. Instead, they prompt users to log in via their Facebook and Twitter accounts, making it easy for all parties involved.
