Swipe Telecom has announced a dual-SIM tablet, the Swipe Halo Value. The tablet runs Android 4.1 Jelly Bean OS and is priced at Rs 6,990. The company claims this is the first tablet with dual-SIM capability and which also allows voice calling over 2G network. The tablet is powered by 1.5 GHz processor of unknown make and comes with 512 MB of DDR2 RAM.
