Wearable Internet gadgetry seems to be the latest fad in tech town, and Google has someone trying to catch up with its Glass creation. Baidu Inc., China's hugely popular search engine, has developed a prototype for a wearable Internet tech just like Google Glass, as per a report on Sina English. Interestingly, some insiders (whom Sina.com did not name) said that the prototype of the device currently being tested is called Baidu Eye. Click here for full story
