The airline, which would present the financial statements at the AGM, said that the final hearing of the scheme of merger of JetLite with itself is listed at the Bombay High Court for July 22.
The board of Jet Airways had cleared the proposal to merge JetLite, the low-cost subsidiary with itself, in September last year.
Jet Airways had bought Sahara Airlines in April, 2007, for Rs 1,450 crore after an arbitration award. It later renamed Sahara Airlines as JetLite and operated it as a low-cost arm till November last year.
With the ongoing legal slugfest between Jet Airways and Sahara, the Bombay High Court shot down petitions from both parties on Monday, setting a stage for face-off in the supreme court, reports CNBC-TV18's Ashmit Tej Kumar.
