      Pranabh Mody, President, JB Chemicals in an interview with CNBC-TV18 said that the company is now focusing on selling the Russian over-the-counter (OTC) business and this deal with Johnson & Johnson (J&J) is likely to close in the next two weeks.

      Pranabh Mody, President of JB Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals, in an interview with CNBC-TV18’s Latha Venkatesh and Gautam Broker, said that even though they had signed the deal, they need to fulfil certain pre-closing conditions. He expects the deal closure to happen around July 15.
