The much-awaited third edition of National Cinema Day is all set to return on September 20, 2024, providing cinephiles across the country with an exciting opportunity to watch movies in theatres at an unbelievable price of just Rs 99. This event is a celebration of cinema and a gesture of gratitude to moviegoers, aimed at bringing back audiences to theatres after the massive box-office successes in 2024.
More than 4,000 screens participated in the initiative on Friday including cinema chains like PVR INOX, Cinepolis, Miraj, Citypride, Mukta A2, Movie Time, Wave, M2K, Moviemax, Rajhans, NY Cinemas, Delite and others. The tickets were priced at Rs 99 across theatres.
