Prior to this appointment, Garg was Executive Director in UCO Bank, Corporation Bank said in a statement. He had started his career at Corporation Bank in 1986, and would head the bank for three years.

JK Garg, CMD of Jasch Industries told CNBC-TV18 there are no plans of selling the automation division and after demerging both the entities will be listed separately.
