The company has received an order dated August 17, 2024, for disallowance of input tax credit for FY 2019-20 from the Office of the GST Officer, Government of NCT of Delhi, the two-wheeler major said in a regulatory filing.
The 2-wheeler major also said that the last fiscal year 2023-24 was marked by introduction of new products and improvement in the network, which benefited the company and set the foundation for accelerated growth in the future
The HC is now likely to hear the case on January 24, interim stay against the proceedings will continue till then.
