Sexual harassment case against Sarna a reason for Mistry ouster?

A woman executive working with IHCL had first reported alleged harassment by Sarna in early 2015. Before she started working with Indian Hotels, she was part of Mistry's Group Executive Council from where Sarna requested she be transferred to Taj.
