Goldman Sachs to buy out Benchmark AMC

Goldman Sachs has confirmed that it is going to buy out Benchmark AMC, reports Vidhi Godiawala, reports CNBC-TV18. The deal is valued at Rs 120-130 crore or 4-4.5% of assets under management (AUM).
