Ashoka Buildcon may see value unlocking in its subsidiary – Ashoka Concessions – as SBI and Macquaire have plans to put their 39 percent stake in the company on the block, reports CNBC-TV18.
The company now holds 10.26 percent in JTCL through to Viva Highway and 37.74 percent in JTCL through Ashoka Concessions, aggregating 48 percent of JTCL.
