Salzer Electronics reported its Q4 FY17 numbers. The company offers total and customised electrical solutions in switchgear, wire and cable and energy management business.
The wire and cable accounted for 45 percent of revenues in the fourth quarter. But this business has a lower EBITDA margin, leading to a decline in overall margins.
Rajesh Kumar, Joint MD, Salzer Electronics says Kumar says promoter stake has come down to 25.5 percent from 30 percent.
In an interview with CNBC-TV18, Rajesh Doraiswamy, Joint Managing Director of Salzer Electronics said the funds raised through QIP will be used as growth capital.
