Dozens of Opposition leaders were detained in Delhi on Monday as they shouted slogans, jumped barricades and marched to the Election Commission in a public protest against what they say are electoral malpractices. Around 300 opposition leaders, including Leader of Opposition (LoP) Rahul Gandhi, marched from parliament to the office of the Election Commission but were stopped by Delhi police some distance away.
