NCLAT Chairperson Ashok Bhushan on Thursday emphasised the need for having a robust mechanism to regulate digital markets.

He was speaking at the opening ceremony of the eighth BRICS International Competition Conference 2023 in the national capital.

Free and fair competition is a key pillar for the market economy, he said.
