    India can export broken rice till Sepember 15 under 3 conditions

    -The Government of India said on September 12 that it will allow the export broken rice till September 15 under three conditions.

    - First, “where loading of broken rice on the ship had commenced before the notification” was released.

    - Second, “where shipping bills have been filed already and vessels have already berthed or arrived at Indian ports and their rotation numbers were assigned before the notification.

    - Third, if the “consignment was handed over to the customs before the notification came out and is already registered in their system”.
