Stampede: UP announces Rs 7L relief for kin of the deceased

Lucknow, Feb 11 (PTI) The Uttar Pradesh government tonight announced ex-gratia of Rs seven lakh to the kin of the deceased in the Allahabad railway station stampede, which left 36 persons dead. Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav increased the ex-gratia amount to Rs seven lakh from the earlier announced Rs five lakh through an official release. The release said the chief minister has issued directives to the concerned officials in this regard. PTI SAB UJB HU
