    On October 24, 2013 Nainesh Trading And Consultancy LLP bought 9,85,859 shares of Mahindra Forgings at Rs 43.15 on the BSE.

    However, Viniyog Investment And Trading Company Private Limited sold 9,85,859 shares at Rs 43.15.

    In the previous trading session, the share closed at Rs 43.30, up Rs 1.30, or 3.10 percent.

    The share touched its 52-week high Rs 72.45 and 52-week low Rs 35.50 on 17 June, 2013 and 12 April, 2013, respectively.

    The company's trailing 12-month (TTM) EPS was at Rs -0.36 per share. The latest book value of the company is Rs 97.76 per share. At current value, the price-to-book value of the company was 0.44.
