Swelect Energy up 3%, wins 10 MW power project in Karnataka

The company had participated in KREDL solar power project announced by Karnataka Government recently and submitted the bid for the said project.

Moneycontrol BureauShares of Swelect Energy Systems gained 3.3 percent intraday Tuesday as it has won 10 MW solar power project in Karnataka.The company has approved the proposal of acquiring 100 percent equity share capital of Swelect Power Systems to utilise as SPV for the above 10 MW Project from execution to operation and maintenance and passed necessary resolutions accordingly.At 09:35 hrs Swelect Energy Systems was quoting at Rs 426.90, up Rs 10.60, or 2.55 percent on the BSE.Posted by Rakesh Patil
