MedPlus Health Services shares gain 2% despite store suspension orders

MedPlus Health Services share price rose nearly 2 percent in the early trade on July 16 despite the company subsidiary received suspension order for its three stores.

The company received an order from Assistant Director, Drugs Control Administration, Bangalore Circle-02 Karnataka for suspension of drug license for three days of a store situated at Basavangudi Rathnavilas road, Karnataka.

The said suspension order will see a potential revenue loss of approximately Rs 1.87 lacs.

The company also received suspension of drug license for seven days of a store situated at west Marredpally Secundrabad and for three days of store situated at Satyanarayana colony Shameerpet, Telangana, from Assistant Director, Drugs Control Administration, Telangana.

The said suspensions may cause a potential revenue loss of approximately Rs 0.80 lakhs and Rs 1.21 lakhs, respectively
