HDFC MF buys 5.68 lakh shares of APL Apollo

On March 3, 2015 Apollo Pipes Limited sold 3,00,000 shares of APL Apollo Tubes at Rs 350.02 on the NSE.

However, HDFC MF A/C HDFC Growth Fund bought 5,68,500 shares at Rs 350.65.

On Tuesday, APL Apollo Tubes ended at Rs 357.90, up Rs 10.40, or 2.99 percent.

The share touched its 52-week high Rs 400 and 52-week low Rs 153.65 on 19 January, 2015 and 06 March, 2014, respectively.

The company's trailing 12-month (TTM) EPS was at Rs 15.18 per share. (Dec, 2014). The stock's price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio was 23.58. The latest book value of the company is Rs 138.88 per share. At current value, the price-to-book value of the company was 2.58. The dividend yield of the company was 1.4 percent.
