Buy Godrej Properties, says Prashant Prabhakaran

Prashant Prabhakaran of YES Securities told CNBC-TV18, "One of the stocks that we are looking at is actually Godrej Properties. It is a story which has panned out beautifully over the last couple of years. They have gone aggressive off in this entire space. They have launched and are on the verge of completion of lot of these projects. From our side it is a clear buy."

"Our expectation is that against 11 percent growth in their revenues that they have shown for the last 3 or 4 years actually, they will be jumping to 18-19 percent growth rate that is going there. That will be a good accretion in their bottomlines in the future. It is a good stock to end up looking at," he added.
