      Revenues of Whirlpool grew by just 1% YoY in Q3FY17 as November & December sales were impacted in both the product categories (refrigerators and air conditioners (ACs) due to demonetisation headwinds. Notably, refrigerators and ACs account for 72% of the company’s sales.

      Outlook

      However, rising input costs, increasing competitive intensity across categories & sustained recovery in demand remain the key monitorables. We assign ‘ACCUMULATE’ rating with a TP of Rs 1,142 based on 33x FY19E PE.
