Sudarshan Sukhani of s2analytics.com told CNBC-TV18, "I wouldn't touch FMCG at all. It is not because of valuations, I do not worry about valuations. The charts are suggesting straight vertical perpendicular advances, these advances can never be sustained and they have to crack. Purely on the charts I would not touch FMCG."
"The IT space is far more attractive proposition. The IT space spends time, building bases, creating an accumulation pattern and the current up moves after those accumulation patterns have developed whether it is Wipro or Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) or Infosys or Tech Mahindra. I wouldn't touch now HCL technologies, but the other four still justify buying on dips," he adds.
