Selan Exploration Technology has target of Rs 510, says Hemang Jani, Sr Vice President, Sharekhan.

Jani told CNBC-TV18, "We think that currently the commodity space particularly crude prices have gone up quite sharply and Selan has been able to achieve the commercialization for two of its oil fields at this point of time, which will drive 26% kind of a volume growth and the company is a zero debt company and we think that at current price, it would be able to take benefit of both the crude prices and higher production volume. So we have set a target of about Rs 510 for this particular stock, which would mean about 26-30% kind of an appreciation."

The company's trailing 12-month (TTM) EPS was at Rs 18.12 per share. (Sep, 2010). The stock's price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio was 20.81. The latest book value of the company is Rs 84.50 per share. At current value, the price-to-book value of the company was 4.46. The dividend yield of the company was 0.4%.
