    On March 28, 2013 Kingfisher Finvest India Limited bought 675,000 shares of Mangalore Chemicals and Fertilisers at  Rs 28.50 on the BSE.


    However, Mcdowell Holdings Limited sold 675,000 shares at Rs 28.50.


    In the previous trading session, the share closed at Rs 28.85, up Rs 1.30, or 4.72%. It has touched an intraday high of  Rs 29.20 and an intraday low of Rs 27.60.


    The share touched its 52-week high Rs 57.30 and 52-week low Rs 27.30 on 13 July, 2012 and 04 March, 2013,  respectively. Currently, it is trading 49.65% below its 52-week high and 5.68% above its 52-week low. Market  capitalisation stands at Rs 341.92 crore.


    The company's trailing 12-month (TTM) EPS was at Rs 6.47 per share. (Dec, 2012). The stock's price-to-earnings  (P/E) ratio was 4.46. The latest book value of the company is Rs 45.18 per share. At current value, the price-to-book  value of the company was 0.64. The dividend yield of the company was 4.16%.
