Indian ADRs: HDFC Bank, Sterlite, ICICI Bank close higher

Indian ADRs closed higher on Friday. In the technology space, Infosys rose just 0.1% to USD 51.38 and Wipro went up 0.79% to USD 10.19. Patni Computer was unchanged at USD 16.33.

Indian ADRs closed higher on Friday. In the technology space, Infosys rose just 0.1% to USD 51.38 and Wipro went up 0.79% to USD 10.19. Patni Computer was unchanged at USD 16.33.

In the telecom pack, however, Tata Communications declined 1% to USD 7.95 and MTNL fell 0.59% to USD 0.815.

Among banks, ICICI Bank was up 0.65% at USD 26.43 and HDFC Bank gained 1.62% at USD 26.28.

Among other sectors, Sterlite Industries jumped 1.17% to USD 6.93; Dr Reddy's Labs rose 0.58% to USD 29.43; and Tata Motors closed up at USD 16.9.
