Hindustan Zinc touched an intraday high of Rs 137.20 and an intraday low of Rs 134.35. At 09:19 hrs the share was quoting at Rs 136.20, up Rs 3.05, or 2.29% on the NSE.
The company has increased zinc price by Rs 1200 a tonne to Rs 120800 and lead prices by Rs 4400 to Rs 139600, reports DNA Money.
It was trading with volumes of 130,233 shares. In the previous trading session, the share closed up 2.74% or Rs 3.55 at Rs 133.15.
