After launching its flagship smartphone, the Realme GT 7 Pro, in China and global markets in the last few months, Realme is now gearing up to introduce the Realme GT 7 soon. The smartphone had previously appeared on several certification and benchmarking websites and now a leak has suggested its expected launch timeline with key specifications.

Realme GT 7: Expected launch timeline, specifications

As per tipster Digital Chat Station (DCS) via Weibo, the Realme GT 7 is expected to debut as early as April and will be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ processor that is also expected to be announced next month. If this timeline holds up, the GT 7 could end up being the first phone on the market with this chipset.

Further, the tipster added that the anticipated smartphone will likely come with a battery larger than 7,000mAh in capacity and denoted it with a ‘ 7X00mAh battery’ tag. Moreover, we could get 100W fast charging support with this smartphone. If this indeed turns out to be true, then the Realme GT 7 will have a huge upgrade in the battery department over the GT 6, which came with a 5,500 mAh battery and 120W fast charging support.

Additionally, like the Realme GT 7 Pro, the GT 7 is tipped to get a flat screen. DCS also adds that the upcoming device will be slimmer and lighter than its predecessor, measuring 8.6mm thick and weighing 206 grams.
