Religare Invesco Mutual Fund announces changes, with effect from December 02, 2013.

Religare Invesco Mutual Fund has announced that Mr Kamlesh Dangi ceases to be alternate director (to Mr Shachindra Nath) of Religare Invesco AMC with effect from December 02, 2013.

Mr Manish Sirnani-dealer-fixed income has resigned from the services of Religare Invesco AMC with effect from close of business hours on December 05, 2013 and has ceased to be key personnel of Religare Invesco AMC.
