FundsIndia launches one-step Aadhaar linking of MF folios

FundsIndia.com, an online investment platform for mutual funds and equities, launched a facility for investors to link their Aadhaar number with their MF investment accounts.

"Linking Aadhaar number to MF folios has become mandatory and it could be a big hassle for investors. At FundsIndia, however, we have made it easy with a single-stop linking facility that will take away the pain for our customers," FundsIndia.com COO Srikanth Meenakshi said in a statement.

Folios are numbers designated to individual investor accounts, though one investor can have multiple accounts.
