Budget impact on market over-rated: Religare MF

Vetri Subramaniam, Head-Equity Funds, Religare Mutual Fund is not so hopeful on the market. In an interview to CNBC-TV18, Subramaniam said that the expectations are fairly neutral at this point since it has got to do with the events surrounding the run-up to the budget.
