    Transformers and Rectifiers (India) share price gained nearly 2 percent in the opening trade on February 19 following the company secured orders of Rs 166.45 crore.

    At 09:22am, Transformers and Rectifiers India was quoting at Rs 374.40, up Rs 6.85, or 1.86 percent, on the BSE.

    Hyosung T&D India has awarded a contract for supply of single-phase coupling transformers and single phase for TBCB projects, to be deliver by next financial year.

    On February 17, the company subsidiary TARIL Switchgear launch 245 kV High Voltage Bushings.

    The company has posted 250 percent jump in its consolidated net profit at Rs 55.48 crore in the September-December quarter, while revenue from operations rose 51% year-over-year to Rs 559.4 crore.

    The company also announced a bonus issue of shares in 1:1 ratio as well as a Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) to raise up to Rs 750 crore.
