Snowman Logistics has announced the appointment of Raghav Garg as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the company, effective immediately. This decision follows the resignation of Balakrishna N from the same position, also with immediate effect.
The board of directors approved these changes during its meeting on August 25, 2025, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
Raghav Garg's Appointment
Raghav Garg is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a B. Com (Honours) Graduate from Punjab University. He brings over 19 years of experience across various industries, including Textiles, Packaging, FMCG, and Recycling. His expertise lies in Finance Strategy, Financial planning & analysis, Audits and Budgetary control, risk management, Treasury, Taxation, and ERP. Prior to this appointment, he has worked as CFO for IDVB Recycling operations and has held CFO positions in several organizations, including Pearl global industries, Trident Limited, and Umang dairies Limited.
Balakrishna N's Resignation
Balakrishna N has resigned from his position as CFO and KMP due to personal reasons, specifically to shift back to his family in Bangalore. His resignation is effective immediately, although he will continue with the organization under the notice period until the closure of business hours on September 05, 2025.
The company has confirmed that neither Raghav Garg nor Balakrishna N has any relationships with the directors or other KMPs of Snowman Logistics.
