    Shreyas Shibulal, son of SD Shibulal - Infosys co-founder and former CEO - has sold a small portion of the family holding in the IT major, an exchange filing has said.

    The exchange notification cited a letter by Shreyas to the Compliance Officer of Infosys, stating that 13.86 lakh shares have been sold at a at a price of Rs 1,900 per share. This represents 0.03 percent of equity, and the sale amounts to about Rs 263.4 crore, according to the filing. After the share sale, Shreyas has a 0.48 percent stake in the IT major.

    The transaction was executed by Cholamandalam Securities as the sole broker to the share sale.

    Shreyas Shibulal is founder of clean mobility start-up Micelio Mobility, based out of Bengaluru.

    Family members of Infosys co-founder SD Shibulal have sold shares of the company in the open market in recent years.
