BLS International Services Limited announced on August 25, 2025, that it has received a work order from the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) to serve as the Service Provider for Establishing and Running District Level Aadhaar Seva Kendra (ASK). The order is valued at approximately ₹2,055.35 Crores, inclusive of all duties and taxes.
BSL International share price jumped as much as 4% in the opening trade today to Rs 384 on NSE. The stock has gained 6.4% in the last one month, and nearly 10% in the last 6 months (including today's gain).
The work order involves establishing and running district-level Aadhaar Seva Kendras (ASK) across India, providing appointment/walk-in based Aadhaar Enrolment, Update, and other miscellaneous Aadhaar Services at ASK. This is a domestic project and is expected to be executed over a period of six years.
The company is required to comply with Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The project does not involve any interest from the promoter/promoter group/group companies in the entity that awarded the order(s)/contract(s), nor does it fall within related party transactions.
