LTI Mindtree CFO Vinit Teredesai resigns; L&T's Treasury Head Vipul Chandra to assume role

LTI Mindtree's Chief Financial Officer, Vinit Teredesai, has announced his resignation from the company effective April 24, 2024. The company made this announcement on March 7, citing Teredesai's desire to explore professional opportunities outside the L&T Group as the reason for his resignation.

The Board of Directors has appointed Vipul Chandra as the new CFO, effective April 25, 2024. Chandra is currently the Head of Treasury at Larsen & Toubro, the parent company.

In a press statement, the Board of Directors acknowledged and appreciated Teredesai's contributions to the company during his tenure as CFO. The statement also expressed the Board's best wishes for Teredesai's future endeavours.

Teredesai is a finance professional with 29 years of experience in the technology and manufacturing sectors. Meanwhile, Chandra has been associated with L&T for more than 10 years and previously served as the Managing Director and Head of Corporate Sales & Structuring at Citi Bank.
