UFO Moviez's Rs 600 cr IPO opens on April 28

India's largest digital cinema distribution network company UFO Moviez India is going to open its Initial Public Offerings (IPO) on April 28, which will close on April 30, 2015.

UFO Moviez India has come out with its initial public offering (IPO) of equity shares for cash at a price of Rs 615-625 per equity share, aggregating to Rs 600 crore.

The issue will open for subscription on April 28, which has scheduled to close on April 30, 2015. The equity shares are proposed to be listed on BSE and NSE.

The objects of the offer are to achieve the benefits of listing the equity shares on the stock exchanges and for the sale of equity shares by the selling shareholders.

UFO Moviez India is India's largest digital cinema distribution network and in-cinema advertising platform in terms of number of screens. UFO operates India’s largest satellite-based, digital cinema distribution network using its UFO-M4 platform, as well as India’s largest D-Cinema network. 3i Research Mauritius Limited and P5 Asia Holding Investments (Mauritius) Limited have made investments in UFO.

Axis Capital Limited and Citigroup Global Markets India Private Limited are book running lead managers to the issue. Karvy Computershare Private Limited is the registrar to the offer.
