Rajat Bose of rajatkbose.com told CNBC-TV18, "NHPC from a low recorded on August 24 2015 at Rs 16, after that it has been on a steady up trend. There have been intermittent corrections, but the up trend is clearly visible on the long-term charts that there is no major dip, only corrections and then it moved up. So, I would suggest to hold on to it with a stop loss below Rs 28 and for the projections, I would say as of now I would project the price of Rs 35-35.50 going forward; in about 6-12 months’ time such kind of prices can be seen and maximum projection from a technical point of view that I can make is Rs 39-42."
