Uttar Pradesh will become the fourth state after Rajasthan, Jharkhand and Chhattisgarh to formally join Centre's UDAY scheme tomorrow.

Rajasthan which formally joined the scheme this week will help the state "save Rs 21,000 crore in the next 3 years".
