    Lakshmi Machine Works Q1 net dips 23% to 33 cr

    The Coimbatore-based company had posted a net profit of Rs 43.21 crore during the same period of last fiscal.

    Lakshmi Machine Works today reported a 23.3 percent decline in standalone net profit at Rs 33.13 crore for the June quarter.

    The Coimbatore-based company had posted a net profit of Rs 43.21 crore during the same period of last fiscal.

    Total income from operations also dipped to Rs 557.57 crore from Rs 622.95 crore registered during corresponding period of previous year, a company release said.

    Shares of the company were trading 1.98 percent down at Rs 3,700 apiece on BSE.
