Wind energy service provider Inox Wind's second quarter profit may increase 14 percent year-on-year to Rs 102 crore and revenue may grow 9 percent to Rs 1,103 crore, according to analysts polled by CNBC-TV18.

EBITDA (earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation) is seen rising 5.6 percent to Rs 150 crore but margin may contract 60 basis points to 13.5 percent on yearly basis due to increase in operating expense on commissioning of facility in MP.

Analysts expect Inox Wind to report more than 100 percent YoY increase in its order flows to 420 MW. Order book may remain healthy at around 1.3GW, imparting good visibility for the next 12-18 months.

Depreciation may increase which may limit profit growth.

Factors to watch out for:-Balance sheet (reduction in receivables) is more critical than growth-Growth is likely to be back-ended as delay in tariff finalisation in Gujarat delayed execution for Inox Wind-Outlook on order flows and execution for FY17/18-The company had said it would be net debt free by end of 2017.
