One 97 Communications Ltd or Paytm saw significant block deals on May 13, with Goldman Sachs (Singapore) Pte.-ODI purchasing 37,35,000 shares at an average price of Rs 823.1. Meanwhile, Antfin Netherlands Holding BV offloaded a massive 1.28 crore shares in two tranches — one at Rs 826.04 and another at Rs 823.3 — indicating a substantial reduction of 4 percent of the total holding. As of March quarter, Antfin (Netherlands) Holding B.V. held a 9.85 percent stake in One 97 Communications Ltd, the parent firm of Paytm, shows exchange data.

Kfin Technologies Ltd

Kfin Technologies witnessed heavy activity as well. Societe Generale (2%), Kotak Mahindra Mutual Fund (1%), and Copthall Mauritius Investment Limited together bought over 63 lakh shares in the company, with trade prices hovering around Rs 1,040. Meanwhile, General Atlantic Singapore Fund Pte Ltd exited a chunk of its stake, selling a total of 1.72 crore shares in two back-to-back deals priced at Rs 1,040.31 and Rs 1,041.56, respectively.

Gensol Engineering Ltd

Gensol Engineering Ltd was also in focus, with Mansi Share and Stock Advisors Pvt Ltd buying 7.9 lakh shares at Rs 51.25. However, several institutional investors took the opportunity to pare holdings. Nova Global Opportunities Fund PCC - Bluestone, Anumati Consultancy and Services, Multiplier Share & Stock Advisors, and Mansi Share (again, in a separate transaction) collectively sold over 11 lakh shares in multiple deals at prices ranging from Rs 51.25 to Rs 56.64.

AGS Transact Tech Ltd

NEW BERRY ADVISORS LTD sold 20 lakh shares of AGS Transact Tech Ltd at a rock-bottom price of Rs 4.23, indicating a significant exit and possibly limited investor appetite at current levels.

Forcas Studio Ltd

Prognosis Securities Pvt. Ltd bought 92,800 shares of Forcas Studio Ltd at Rs 94.57, signaling fresh interest in the stock, possibly ahead of a catalyst.
