Realty firm Ansal Properties and Infrastructure Ltd today reported a net loss of Rs 0.44 crore in the second quarter of the ongoing fiscal.
It had posted a net profit of Rs 13.94 crore in the year-ago period, the Delhi-based company said in a regulatory filing.
Income from operations rose to Rs 185.64 crore in the July-September period from Rs 184.84 crore in the corresponding period last fiscal.
The company's finance cost increased to Rs 18.03 crore from Rs 15.42 crore a year ago.
