Infotech Enterprises Q2 PAT seen up 14% at Rs 29 cr

Infotech Enterprises is likely to report a rise of 14.2% quarter-on-quarter in profit after tax of Rs 29 crore in the July-September quarter of 2011. The company had posted a profit of Rs 25.4 crore in the previous quarter.

Infotech Enterprises is likely to report a rise of 14.2% quarter-on-quarter in profit after tax of Rs 29 crore in the July-September quarter of 2011. The company had posted a profit of Rs 25.4 crore in the previous quarter.

Revenues are seen going up by 6.8% to Rs 369 crore from Rs 346.7 crore quarter-on-quarter.

Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) are expected to go up at Rs 49 crore from Rs 43.48 crore during the same period.

Factors to watch

Revenues growth to be driven by both Network & content engineering (N&CE around 31% of revenues) and engineering services (69% contribution in revenues) segment

Alert in Q1: Volume growth for NCE was at 4.4%, and engineering services at 6.3%

Margins to see a sequential positive move after 6 consecutive quarters of decline (Q1 margins lower due to wage hikes)
