Godrej Properties is to announce its fourth quarter results. According to CNBC-TV18’s estimates, its company’s revenue is seen down 34% at Rs 214.9 crore versus Rs 327.8 crore, year-on-year, (YoY).

Its EBITDA is seen down 35% at Rs 62 crore versus Rs 95.7crore.

Its EBITDA is seen at 28.9% versus 29.2%.

The company’s PAT is seen down 17.6% at Rs 49.4 crore versus Rs 59.98 crore.

Q4FY12 vs Q3FY12 (q-o-q):

Its revenue is seen up 43.5% at Rs.214.9 crore versus Rs 149.8 crore.

Its EBITDA is seen up 2.3 times at Rs 62 crore versus Rs 26.73 crore.

Its EBITDA is seen at 28.9% versus 17.8%.

The company’s PAT is seen up 71.5% at Rs 49.4 crore versus Rs 28.8 crore.
