'Will need to import coal if bill doesn't get passed in RS'

The select panel for coal is expected to submit its report by the March 18th. CNBC-TV18's Rituparna Bhuyan caught up with Anil Dave, the BJP MP who is heading panel and asked him if the panel will be able to meet the set deadline and make sure that the bill has a smooth passage in the Rajya Sabha.
