NFL head Manoj Mishra gets additional charge as RCF's CMD

    National Fertiliser (NFL) Chairman and Managing Director Manoj Mishra has been given the additional charge of state-owned Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilisers Ltd (RCF).

    In a filing to BSE, RCF informed that RG Rajan has relinquished the charge of CMD of the company with effect from yesterday.

    "Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilisers vide office order dated June 14, 2016, has entrusted the additional charge of the post of Chairman and Managing Director of the company to Manoj Mishra, CMD, National Fertilisers Ltd with immediate effect till further orders," RCF said.

    "Consequent to this, RG Rajan has relinquished the charge of CMD of the company, with effect from June 14, 2016," it added.

    Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilisers is engaged in production and marketing of nitrogenous and complex fertilisers, besides industrial chemicals at its manufacturing units in Trombay and Thal in Maharashtra.
