HDIL launches affordable housing project in Mumbai

Premier Legend has got all the necessary approvals and housing loan facilities are also available from leading institutions, the release stated.

    City-based realtor HDIL on Tuesday launched an affordable housing project at Kurla here. The project, Premier Legend, offers 1 and 2 BHK flats with superior amenities like a gymnasium, kids play area and landscaped garden among others, Housing Development Infrastructure Ltd (HDIL) said in a release here.

    "Aimed at providing that luxurious experience with an uncompromised leisure, Premier Legend offers spacious apartments fitted with world-class amenities".

    It's strategic location and close proximity to airports, railway stations and educational institutes and hospitals is yet another advantage," HDIL Vice-Chairman and Managing Director Sarang Wadhawan said.
