    Binani Cement Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 22, 2011, inter alia, to consider the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2011 and recommendation of dividend.Further the Company has informed that, the Company shall be publishing the Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2011 and hence, the Company will not be publishing the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended March 31, 2011.Source : BSE
